This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how Siled Vet delivers veterinary products, livestock medicines, and farm equipment across Cameroon and West Africa.
1. Delivery Zones & Coverage
Siled Vet delivers veterinary products to the following regions:
Cameroon - National Coverage
- • Bamenda (North West Region) - Headquarters
- • Douala (Littoral Region) - Port City Hub
- • Yaoundé (Centre Region) - Capital City
- • Bafoussam (West Region)
- • Garoua (North Region)
- • Maroua (Far North Region)
- • Buea (South West Region)
- • Other major towns upon request
West Africa - Regional Export
- • Nigeria (Cross-border delivery)
- • Chad (N'Djamena and major cities)
- • Central African Republic
- • Gabon (Libreville)
- • Equatorial Guinea
- • Congo-Brazzaville
- • Other CEMAC countries upon request
2. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Delivery times are estimated from the date of order confirmation and payment:

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, customs clearance (for international orders), road conditions, or public holidays. Cold-chain products (vaccines, biologicals) may require special handling and expedited shipping.
3. Shipping Fees & Bulk Order Thresholds
Shipping fees are calculated based on delivery zone, order weight, and delivery speed:
Free Delivery Eligibility
- Bamenda: Orders above 50,000 XAF
- Douala/Yaoundé: Orders above 100,000 XAF
- Other Cameroon Cities: Orders above 150,000 XAF
- Bulk Orders: 500,000 XAF+ qualify for free nationwide delivery
Standard Shipping Rates
- Bamenda & North West:2,000 - 5,000 XAF
- Douala/Yaoundé:5,000 - 10,000 XAF
- Other Cameroon Cities:10,000 - 20,000 XAF
- International (West Africa):Custom quote
*Express delivery incurs additional fees (50-100% surcharge)
4. Order Processing Times
Once your order is confirmed and payment is received:
Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS within 1 hour of placing your order.
Processing & Packaging
Standard orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Bulk orders may require 2-3 business days for preparation.
Dispatch Notification
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking notification with estimated delivery date.
Delivery & Confirmation
Our delivery partner will contact you before delivery. Please inspect products upon receipt and sign the delivery note.
5. International & Export Shipping
For orders outside Cameroon (Nigeria, Chad, CAR, Gabon, etc.):
Export Documentation
- • Commercial invoice
- • Certificate of origin
- • Veterinary product export permits
- • Customs declaration forms
- • Phytosanitary certificates (if required)
Siled Vet handles all export documentation on your behalf.
Customs & Import Duties
- • Buyer is responsible for import duties and taxes in destination country
- • Customs clearance may add 2-5 business days to delivery time
- • We provide guidance on import regulations
- • DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) available for bulk orders
6. Cold-Chain & Temperature-Sensitive Products
Vaccines, biologicals, and other temperature-sensitive products require special handling:
- Refrigerated Transport: All cold-chain products are transported in insulated cooler boxes with ice packs
- Express Delivery Only: Cold-chain products are shipped via express delivery to minimize transit time
- Temperature Monitoring: Temperature loggers are included to verify cold-chain integrity
- Immediate Inspection Required: Please inspect cold-chain products immediately upon delivery and store in refrigerator (2-8°C)
7. Delivery Issues & Failed Deliveries
If you experience any delivery issues:
Delayed Delivery
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery date, please contact us immediately. We will track your shipment and provide updates.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, our courier will attempt delivery 2 more times. After 3 failed attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse and you will be contacted for re-delivery (additional fees may apply).
Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If any items are damaged or missing, note this on the delivery receipt and contact us within 24 hours with photos. We will arrange replacement or refund.
